Job summary

Encore Communities in Washington state is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care under RN supervision in resident settings. You will assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and carry out care plans to meet residents' needs.

Requirements include a valid CNA license, CPR and fingerprint clearance, and prior long-term care or rehab experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, education assistance, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.
