Job summary

Spire Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bussers to support our restaurant and outlet operations near the Ohio River in Covington, KY. You will help deliver attentive guest service and assist with food and beverage service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include preparing trays, replenishing tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area. High school diploma and a Food Handlers Certification are required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Prepare food and beverage trays and carts in anticipation of incoming orders, ensuring everything is ready for prompt service.
• Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen, verifying that each order is complete with all food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and condiments.
• Warmly welcome guests by serving beverages, breads, and butter to enhance their dining experience, and graciously replenish as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
• Swiftly refresh tables, and diligently reset all service-ware to create a welcoming and immaculate environment.
• Replenish and restock side-stands, to maintain smooth operations.
