Job summary

Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West, FL is seeking an experienced Line Cook for AM shift to join Hot Tin Roof Restaurant. You will prepare breakfast dishes according to recipes, ensure quality, presentation, and timely service, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and inventory management.

This part-time role requires physical stamina and teamwork in a vibrant resort environment. The property offers benefits including health coverage, 401K with company matching, paid holidays and vacation

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds
• Push/Pull 50+ pounds
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
• Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
• Must have positive attitude

Ocean Key Resort and Spa Hot Tin Roof Restaurant is looking for an experienced Line Cook to add to our team who has AM shift availability.
