Job Description

Hello All,

We are in search of a Quality Systems Manager responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards, facilitates audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and administration of the ISO Document Control and compliance system.
  2. Perform audits according to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and regulatory requirements across all shifts.
  3. Manage and maintain corrective and preventive action processes, including verifications for customers and suppliers.
  4. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of quality issues.
  5. Maintain the Quality Information Database and serve as a back-up for the C/PAR Database.
  6. Manage and update Customer Self-Assessments, scorecards, claims, and regulation compliance.
  7. Facilitate and manage activities for the Management Review Committee to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
  8. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality, and overall system performance.
  9. Ensure adherence to all safety rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Document findings, corrective actions, and process improvements accurately.
  11. Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support quality and organizational goals.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan work and conduct effective meetings.
  • Ability to create tables, queries, and forms in a database environment.
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 9000 and/or ISO 17025.
  • Effective communication skills in English for all business-related tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in Quality Systems and/or Process Auditing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate is required.
