Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with minority community and familiarity with the aging population.
• Bachelor's degree required; Nursing degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel to participant homes, exam locations and community events, primarily within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll eligible individuals and meet enrollment goals; build trust and educate participants.
• Collaborate with study leadership to create recruitment strategies and community partnerships.
• Facilitate communication and provide regular research updates for meetings and newsletters.
• Provide training on enrollment and data entry procedures to staff and students.
