Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related editorial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; English/journalism/publishing background helpful.
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of Class Reports and manage volunteers.
• Write marketing communications and adapt for alumni demographics.
• Edit alumni narratives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with style guides.
• Oversee timelines, schedules, and print production with vendors.
• Provide guidance on obituary research and editorial decisions.
