Qualifications

• Significant work experience in leadership development and alumni engagement.
• Strong ability to build diverse, cross-cultural networks.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to translate concepts into programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide ongoing fellowship alumni engagement efforts and professional development.
• Support capacity building and connectivity of community leadership nationally and internationally.
• Manage and promote the fellowship alumni community.
• Promote opportunities for the alumni network to inform WKKF programmatic and talent strategy.
• Serve as a thought partner to grantmaking colleagues on best practices in community leadership development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share alumni stories and ideas.
