Job summary

Marcus JCC of Atlanta is seeking an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to lead CBM's alumni program. You will build a year-round engagement strategy, reconnect alumni, and strengthen data while coordinating communications and events.

The role requires strong relationship-building, event planning, and data-management skills, with collaboration across teams. Some travel for regional events may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage alumni across generations.
• Demonstrated event-planning and coordination experience with logistics and volunteers.
• Proficiency with web-based software, databases/CRM, spreadsheets, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a year-round alumni engagement strategy.
• Identify and reconnect former campers and staff using records and networks.
• Build and strengthen the CBM alumni database with contact and engagement data.
• Coordinate alumni communications across email, social media, and storytelling.
• Plan alumni gatherings and regional events, including logistics and registrations.
• Recruit and support alumni volunteers and leaders.
