Job summary

California State University, Stanislaus is hiring an Assistant Director for Alumni Engagement within Alumni Relations. The role leads programs, events, and volunteer networks to support University Advancement priorities and strengthen alumni connections.

The position requires three years of related experience with supervisory duties and a bachelor’s degree. Collaboration with campus partners and strong communication across channels are essential to expand participation and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years progressively responsible related professional experience, including (1) year of direct supervisory experience.
• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Alumni Relations and campus partners to support alumni engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement alumni communications across channels to increase participation and engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of alumni engagement programs and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate alumni events and engagement activities to increase participation and giving.
