Job summary

Bellevue University is seeking an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support lifelong success by mentoring students, building relationships with alumni, and creating systems to track engagement. The role works with Marrs Middle School and local colleges to connect and engage program alumni.

The coordinator designs outreach materials, assists in engagement planning, and travels between the main office and Marrs Middle School as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and analyzing data.
• Cultural competency in working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English fluency).
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor/navigator at Marrs Middle School.
• Maintain an alumni contact system.
• Assist in planning alumni engagement initiatives.
• Design outreach materials.
