Job summary

In this role you will plan and execute major alumni events, nurture relationships with alumni and parents, and support strategic advancement initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Alumni Engagement and the Advancement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects.
• Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative work style with ability to interact with staff, faculty, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling across media.
• Experience cultivating relationships with individuals, organizations, and businesses.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall communications strategy and creation across print, digital, and social media to strengthen alumni connection and engagement.
• Plan and execute major alumni events and coordinate logistics, vendors, and budgets.
• Maintain active relationships with alumni and parents through direct outreach and campaigns.
• Support institutional advancement goals by collaborating with the Director of Alumni Engagement and the Advancement team.
