Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in alumni relations, community engagement or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement engagement programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing events and engaging volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
• Lead innovative engagement opportunities for geographically dispersed alumni and online learners.
• Utilize CRM and digital platforms to support participation, tracking, and outreach.
• Build programs for lifelong learning, mentorship, volunteering, and philanthropy.
• Collaborate across campus to connect alumni activities with storytelling and advocacy.
• Manage a portfolio of alumni relationships and measure engagement success.
