Job summary

EZ Loader Custom in Midway, AR is seeking a production welder to join a fast-paced shop. You will perform welding functions, read blueprints, prepare materials and ensure parts meet time standards in production runs.

Qualified candidates read tape measures, calipers, and micrometers; have basic math skills; and can lift up to 75 pounds. Forklift ability is desired; safety and teamwork are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience.
• Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience with forklift and mechanical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions to assemble products per guidelines and quality standards.
• Pass in-house welding test (1G or better).
• Read tape measure, use calipers, and use a micrometer.
• Demonstrate basic math skills including decimals, fractions, and conversions.
• Physically able to perform job tasks (twisting, bending, lifting).
• Maintain safety and quality in a team environment.
