Job summary

RMS Energy is seeking experienced Welders with aluminum welding experience to support critical energy infrastructure projects across the U.S. This field role involves working on power plants, hydroelectric dams, and large industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

You will weld aluminum components, read technical drawings, rig and install bus duct equipment, and perform maintenance on tools and equipment while traveling extensively across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven aluminum welding experience (MIG required; TIG preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction, welding, and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum components in multiple positions (6G test).
• Read and interpret drawings; rig, lift and install bus duct equipment as per plans.
• Demonstrate safety inspections and maintain welding tools.
• Travel up to 75% across the continental U.S.
