Jobot is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our growing manufacturing team in the United States. The role focuses on aluminum welding, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality, precise welds on tight tolerances.

Shifts include first and second; pay ranges from $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and benefits. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience with aluminum focus.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using common fabrication and measuring tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.
• Fit, tack, weld, and finish fabricated parts to specification.
• Inspect welds for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use calipers, tape measures, and squares for measurements.
• Collaborate with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA standards.
