Qualifications

• 6 months of recent, hands-on TIG welding experience.
• Clear understanding of aluminum welding fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of welding processes and fabrication practices.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Weld precision TIG components, focus on aluminum fabrication (~90%).
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, weld symbols, and charts.
• Verify weld locations, dimensions, and specifications during welding.
• Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specs.
• Document non-conforming materials or workmanship.
• Report quality, production, or fabrication concerns to team/leadership.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools and work area in safe condition.
• Follow safety policies, PPE rules, and ISO 9001 procedures.
• Record job times and production data for reporting/audits.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
