Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead an hourly workforce across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee melt shop operations across three shifts for an aluminum alloy facility.
• Ensure alloy composition accuracy and quality control in casting operations.
• Schedule furnaces and manage casting output across all shifts.
• Supervise and develop shift staff; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Enforce safety protocols for high-heat aluminum operations and track yields/ Scrap.
