Fincantieri ACE Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group company, is seeking a Fabricator II at our Green Bay, WI location. This 1st shift role focuses on assembling and welding aluminum components to tight tolerances, with setup and process adherence to approved procedures.

You will read engineering drawings, plan layouts, select welding methods, and ensure cleanliness and quality standards throughout the build. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Welding certificate or equivalent required.
• 4 years welding experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze engineering drawings to plan layout/assembly sequence of small weldments using both metric and imperial systems.
• Lay out, position, and secure parts according to specifications/drawings using measuring tools.
• Weld or tack aluminum parts together using GMAW 2F/3F/4F and GTAW 2F/3F/4F.
• Inspect grooves, angles, or gaps with precision measuring instruments.
• Dismantle aluminum assemblies or cut scrap metal when needed.
