Job summary

Carley Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Permold Machine Operator – Foundry Production to join our Blaine, MN team. You will operate production equipment for aluminum castings and follow established processes to maintain quality and safety.

Position offers top pay with shift differential for 2nd shift, along with training on the 1st shift to acclimate. Benefits include medical plans, HSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

Experience: no minimum requirement, but must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to work in a foundry manufacturing facility.
Ability to operate industrial machinery that produces aluminum castings.
Must be able to use a computer to access training and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and industrial machinery in accordance with process for aluminum castings.
Follow all processes and procedures for the role.
Maintain self-motivation, attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
