Job summary

Industrial Louvers Inc. on-site in Delano, MN seeks production team members to assemble architectural aluminum products and sheet metal components according to drawings and schedules. You’ll work closely with fabrication, finishing, and quality teams to meet customer specifications and ship on time.

This hands-on role is in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with overtime opportunities and room for growth within a growing aluminum products company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16”).
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum products and subcomponents according to work orders and shop drawings.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and production documents.
• Measure and verify parts using tape measures, squares, and other hand tools.
• Operate basic shop equipment (drills, screw guns, sanders, grinders, etc.).
• Assist with material handling and staging for production.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish standards.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
