Job summary

Lindsay Corporation in Lindsay, Nebraska, seeks a General Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform repetitive bench and line assembly of metal components, read schematics, and operate presses and hand tools on a busy production line.

This role requires precision, ability to work overtime, and safe operation of equipment. You will contribute to quality and on-time delivery while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Knowledge of caliper gauges and computers.
• Familiar with hand tools – drills, screwdrivers, etc.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate arbor presses or riveting machines on the line.
• Assemble bundles, wheel assemblies, and small kits by hand.
• Read schematics/blueprints to determine materials and assembly steps after training.
• Move materials using forklift or hand truck for shipments.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and follow safety rules.
