Job summary

SRC Technologies Group in Springfield, MO, is seeking an Alternator Repair Operator to perform repairs, update docs with Engineering and Quality, and assist in light machine setup and maintenance. The role emphasizes quality decisions and safety, with regular lifting and a structured workweek.

Working hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm, with potential overtime Fridays 6:00am–2:00pm. The company offers an employee-owned culture and strong rewards.

• Update new material specifications, work instructions and processes.
• Assist in training operators on how to prevent unit failures during initial assembly.

• Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Work attendance must be exemplary.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible for performing repairs on products as needed. Work with Engineering and Quality to update appropriate documentation. Perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.
