The position emphasizes physical effort, accuracy in quality decisions, and strict housekeeping. Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with possible Friday overtime and a culture of ownership in a 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will remove component parts for testing and cleaning.
• Involves intense physical activity and use of several hand tools and machines.
• Operators also perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping.
• Position requires decisions that affect quality of products and services.
