Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. is seeking an Alternative Delivery Manager to manage all phases of large diameter water conveyance projects. This role emphasizes project leadership, contract management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, have over 10 years of contractor experience, and be well-versed in municipality engagement. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Contractor experience or equivalent.
• Experience with water conveyance and municipality engagement.
• PE & DBIA Certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
• Oversee business development and active contract management.
• Lead and guide project pursuits and delivery.
