Alternative Delivery Manager/Design Manager with a focus on Business development. The Alternative Delivery Manager (ADM) plays a key leadership role in pursuing, developing, and delivering heavy civil construction projects through alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3). This position bridges the gap between preconstruction strategy and operational execution—managing pursuits, collaborating with design partners, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

The ADM combines technical knowledge, business acumen, and collaborative leadership to advance the company’s presence in the alternative delivery market for transportation, water/wastewater, rail/transit, aviation, and site infrastructure projects.
