Job summary

360 Community Services is seeking a dedicated Alternate Care Provider to support SLPs by providing backup care in the clients' homes or the caregiver's home. The role emphasizes responsive, compassionate support and collaboration with the SLP network in Omaha.

You will join a team focused on personalized supports, training, and crisis intervention, contributing to continuity of care for individuals served.

360 Community Services is a new Omaha based organization supporting and serving individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. We provide competitive contract rates, with exceptional training and personalized supports to the individuals and SLPs that we serve. Our team consists of highly passionate professionals, with a wealth of experience in matters of finance, medical protocols, staff development and training, behavior modification, crisis intervention, research-based habilitation and behavioral support planning, and client funding.

An Alternate Care Provider serves as a backup to Shared Living Providers, providing care for an individual in the SLPs home or yours.
