Your Role

As an Alterations associate, you will handle customer requests and expectations for fit. You will support resizing and restyling merchandise from Neiman Marcus stores. This on-site role reports to the Alterations Manager.

What You'll Do

• Measure and fit garments to meet customer expectations
• Perform alterations and customizations
• Use sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques
• Communicate service fees and completion times

What You Bring

• Relevant functional and technical skills
• Sewing machine operation experience
• Process management skills
• Ability to manage and measure work
