Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hems, waist and seat, tapering, sleeve changes) per guidelines.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with neat finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishment.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers during consultations.
• Help train sales staff on tailoring basics and provide product knowledge.
