Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly demeanor in greeting customers
• Proficient in basic to some advanced alterations
• Ability to measure, mark, pin garments and ensure proper fit

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers warmly
• Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments per specifications
• Disassemble, sew and reassemble garments and prepare them for customers
• Repair damaged or defective merchandise
• Perform alterations from basic to moderately difficult sewing tasks
• Keep the department clean and organized
