Job summary

The Tailor at Brobston Group provides customers with high-quality fitting and alteration services. This role measures customers, conducts fittings, and performs sewing alterations while guiding fit, style, and garment construction.

Responsibilities include completing fittings on time, meeting productivity goals, and educating customers and employees about fit, construction, and trends while collaborating with store teams.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
• Professional communication and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time, following service standards and procedures.
• Meet productivity goals and use store technology to manage alteration requests.
• Collaborate with the alterations and store teams, and educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
