As a manager, you will oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and implement efficient processes to solve customer needs while promoting a culture of growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in alterations or tailoring environment.
• Ability to train and coach team members to meet service standards.
• Strong knowledge of garment alterations and finishing techniques.

As an Alterations Department Manager, you lead a team to provide alterations support and ensure the customer receives a final product that is customized to fit just right. Additionally, you will use your extensive knowledge to efficiently manage the operations of the alterations department.

Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.
