Job summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking an ALTA Survey Project Reviewer to deliver accurate, client-ready survey and zoning reports. You will manage first-draft reviews, coordinate revisions between clients and field professionals, and ensure final PDFs are delivered on schedule.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment. The role supports the Midwest or East Coast locations with EST hours (9-5).

Qualifications

• AA/AS/BA degree preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office; GNet PM software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review all 1st draft surveys; complete within 2 business days after receipt.
• Saves and responds to client comments; coordinates with Field Professionals.
• Sends zoning reports to surveyor with 1st draft review comments.
• Address zoning questions or revision requests with the appropriate analyst.
• Log revised drafts and distribute to client; log quotes for add-on work.

Join NV5 as our ALTA Survey Project Reviewer and play a key role in delivering accurate, client-ready survey and zoning reports. You’ll manage first-draft reviews, coordinate revisions between clients and field professionals, resolve zoning questions, obtain add-on quotes, and ensure approved final PDFs are delivered on schedule.

The ideal candidate will reside in either the Midwest or the East Coast. The working schedule is 9-5 EST.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all 1st draftsurveys – 1st draft reviews should be completed within 2 business days of receipt.
• Saves and responds to all client comments/revision requests. Processes to Field Professionals
• Sends zoning reports to the surveyor when received with 1st draft Review Comments
• Will address any zoning-related questions or revision requests with the appropriate analyst.
• Saves and logs revised drafts of survey and zoning and distributes them to the client.
• Requests quotes from surveyors/zoning for add-on work.
• Requests, saves, and distributes final S&S survey PDFs when approved by the client.
• Works closely with internal teams (Survey, Real Estate Transaction and other divisions)

Qualifications

• AA, AS, or BA degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Excel. If you have GNet project management software experience, it is a plus.
• Previous experience in surveying, project mapping review, commercial real estate review, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

The pay range for this position in the Midwest/East Coast is $28.00/hr to $33.50/hr per hour. The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
