JOB DESCRIPTION

The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird LLP is seeking a Pricing Analyst. This position, under the direction of the Director of Pricing & Project Management and pricing managers, will perform a variety of duties including:

1. analyzing historical billing data and financial metrics to develop profitable pricing strategies,
2. assisting with the development and implementation of Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs),
3. supporting the firm's annual rate-setting process and market trend analysis,
4. monitoring the financial performance of active matters to ensure alignment with firm goals.
