Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current N.J. MICP certification.
• AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
• Hazardous Materials Training (HMT) Level I.
• Incident Command System Training/NJ OEM.
• CEVO/EMS driver training within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-hospital Advanced Life Support care as prescribed by policy and NJ MICU regulations.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and ongoing condition monitoring.
• Communicates clearly with physicians, EMS teams, patients, and families; delivers accurate verbal reports.
• Completes accurate documentation and participates in training, quality improvement, and professional development.
