Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) ALRE Department at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. You will provide program management support for the development, fielding, and lifecycle support of ALRE systems used to launch and recover aircraft.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with three years PM experience; Active Secret clearance; experience with ALRE or similar programs; on-site work in Lakehurst,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; substitutions allowed for degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplined programs.
• One year of experience with Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) preferred.
• Experience with DoD programs and adherence to NAVAIR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Propose alternative courses of action and options to address programmatic issues in acquisition and life-cycle support.
• Prepare and staff Acquisition Requirements Packages per DoDI 5000.2.
• Develop, maintain, and transmit Government Furnished Equipment/Information and engineering data.
• Prepare Plans of Action and Milestones and budget submittals.
• Support program management reviews and contract modifications.
