Skills

Ability to work well with people

Ability to articulate ideas and concepts

Ability to lead steep ice comfortably

Ability to lead traditional rock comfortably

Minimum of five Grade III climbs

Familiarity with a full range of protective systems

Wilderness First Responder Certification

CPR Certification

Ability to evaluate subjective and objective hazards

Significant experience in the mountains

Education

AMGA Single Pitch Instructor Certification or Higher

AMGA Alpine discipline program
