Job description

OVERVIEW

Remote Recruitment Opportunity in India. This position will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager based in the US. This is an initial 6 month contract with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Partner with TA Manager, HR Business Partner and Head of IT Operations to become a recruiting consultant and strategic business partner.
  2. Source candidates leveraging innovative sourcing strategies.
  3. Utilize innovative and creative recruitment methodologies in a cost effective and timely manner.
  4. Track candidates properly for compliance, measure and report on applicant flow and source effectiveness.
  5. Negotiate salaries with potential hires.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook.
  2. Previous recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to recruit for IT technical talent.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail.
  4. Track record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates.
  5. Applied experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, HireVue and other recruiting related technologies.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. High level of initiative with a drive for results.
  8. Track record of initiating and driving process improvements.
  9. Strong negotiation skills.
  10. BA/BS or relevant work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Deep knowledge of India IT candidate market.
  2. Sourcing experience.
