AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day. Group Leader roles offer opportunities to shape meaningful moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

In this part-time role, you will lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities, maintain safety, and collaborate with families and staff to support learners during before and after-school hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included

AlphaBEST Education 2026-2027 School Year Group Leader - Jeffco County Public Schools $16.25/hr

Monday - Friday (Weekends off... because work-life balance matters!) AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM shift 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
