Belton - Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to bring the spirit of Aloha to life by delivering exceptional customer service in Belton, Missouri. You will be cross-trained to perform multiple roles and grow within the Ohana environment.

As part of the team, you will greet guests warmly, listen to their needs, and offer personalized recommendations while helping keep the dining area welcoming and clean.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Provide personalized recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Participate in community initiatives.
• Work as a team to keep operations smooth and clean.
• Roles may include Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runner, Drive-Thru and Parking Lot Director.
• Utility roles may include Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook.
