Hawaiian Bros is looking for an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to deliver exceptional customer service and share the Aloha spirit. You’ll learn by working in different positions within our restaurant, growing your skill set and versatility.

You will greet guests, make recommendations, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, participate in community initiatives, and collaborate with teammates to keep the dining area and drive-thru running smoothly while providing a fun, friendly experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Listen to guests’ needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a positive vibe and harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Involve yourself in community initiatives that bring people together.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure a fantastic guest experience.
• Service roles may include Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru, Parking Lot Director.
• Utility roles may include Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook.
