  2. Communication: Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
  3. Problem-Solving: Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns.
  4. Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  5. Financial Skills: Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
