ACT1 Federal LLC seeks an Air Liaison Officer / Tactical Air Control Party (ALO/TACP) SME to support Detachment 1, 505 CCW, enabling realistic air-ground integration at JTF, Corps, and Division levels. You will represent Air Component capabilities during MCTP Warfighter exercises and coordinate with Army and Air Force leaders.

The role requires recent ALO/TACP experience, joint exercise knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Recent operational or planning experience in ALO/TACP or ASOC/JAGIC.
• Knowledge of TACS/AAGS at JTF, Corps and Division levels.
• Experience supporting joint exercises, preferably MCTP Warfighter.
• Knowledge of air-ground integration processes and Army Mission Command integration.
• Experience with Air Force and Army C2 systems.
• Ability to work with senior Army and Air Force leaders and training audiences.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred unless otherwise specified by the final solicitation.
• Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsabilités

• Represent Air Component/TACP functions during MCTP Warfighter exercise planning and execution.
• Integrate TACS/AAGS processes with Army Mission Command and joint air-ground integration activities.
• Coordinate with AOC, JACCE, ASOC/JAGIC, BCD, fires and maneuver staffs to support Air Component replication.
• Support exercise design, planning conferences, MSEL development and execution control.
• Advise training audiences on air support requests, airspace coordination, joint fires and tactical air-control processes.
• Support development and execution of Air Component products and processes associated with ATO/ACO integration.
• Deploy forward with training audiences as required and coordinate with Det 1 exercise leadership and the Chief of Air Power.
• Support 24-hour exercise operations and other 505 CCW missions as required.
