Job summary

A healthcare services provider is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their Float Pool in various locations across Illinois. Enjoy flexible scheduling that suits your lifestyle, competitive pay at $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs, and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, supervising CNAs, and maintaining compliance with care plans. Qualifications

• Must hold an active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster resident-centered care and build relationships with families.
