Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) across Illinois for PRN, full-time, and part-time roles. Compensation listed at $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs, with flexible schedules in a float pool setting.

• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
