We are seeking compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with a strong sense of discretion and preferably has previous experience in a long-term care facility. We are looking for employees committed to quality care.

Examples of Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering.
2. Respond immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurses of any changes in conditions.
3. Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and maintain physical strength by assisting with tasks.
4. Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean.
5. Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
6. CPR certification.
7. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
8. Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
9. Tuition reimbursement available.
