Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $18.00/hr

As a competitive team coach at World Elite, your primary focus will be providing an exceptional customer experience for both parents and athletes. You will work with high-energy individuals passionate about the sport in a collaborative and creative environment. Your experience levels of 1-6 will be tested as you work with athletes of varying skills to help them reach their potential.

Your knowledge of cheerleading will be a key asset. You will stay updated on industry trends and techniques, sharing this knowledge with athletes. Collaborating with other coaches, you will develop training plans tailored to individual needs to keep athletes challenged and motivated.
