As an Alloy Advisor, you’re much more than a customer service rep, you’re a trusted sales advisor, a relationship builder, and a problem-solver. You’ll guide customers through our process, answer questions with confidence, and most importantly, help them take the next step, whether that’s shipping their item in for a free no-obligation offer, guiding the customer through accepting an offer, or becoming a repeat customer.

This is a sales-centric role where closing deals, building rapport, and delivering real value are key.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with 75-125+ warm leads via phone, chat, email, and text daily across platforms, no cold calling
  • Hit or exceed monthly conversion, revenue, and SLA targets (sales per contact, follow-up rates, etc.)
  • Drive sales by guiding customers step-by-step through the process, proactively removing friction while delivering a first-class customer service experience
  • Conduct daily outreach to existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Build trust with our client base by addressing questions, objections, and concerns with empathy and clarity
  • Close sales confidently while maintaining Alloy’s reputation for honesty and fairness
  • Identify upsell or referral opportunities and contribute to partner growth campaigns
  • Maintain accurate notes and customer insights in a CRM
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve processes, communication, and product experience
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in inside sales, retention sales, or high-conversion support
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-response environment
  • Comfortable closing over the phone, overcoming objections, and following up strategically without pressure
  • Experience with omnichannel support (chat, text, email, phone)
  • A warm and confident communicator who builds trust quickly with strong follow-up instincts—knows when to nudge and when to give space
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Familiar with CRMs, support tools, and tracking performance metrics
  • Comfortable handling sensitive client situations with care, professionalism, and discretion
