Job summary

DXL is seeking an Allocation & Replenishment Administrator to own allocation systems, drive smarter merchandising, and collaborate across teams. This role focuses on system integrity, configuration, and continuous improvement to support business decisions.

The position offers a collaborative, data-driven environment with opportunities for growth and a focus on training and development within an energized retail team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in retail Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, or Systems Support.
• Working knowledge of allocation systems (Allocation, E3, Planning, MMS) and BI tools like Strategy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with AI-driven tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity, configuration, and day-to-day use of core Allocation Systems and related processes.
• Develop requirements for enhancements, upgrades, and business process changes.
• Partner with Planning and Allocation leadership to train teams and share best practices.
• Serve as liaison with IT and system vendors; ensure issues are resolved quickly and quarterly reviews stay on track.
