Job summary

AYA-Yale New Haven Hospital is seeking an Allied/Tech Pharmacist for a 13‑week travel assignment in New Haven, CT. The position runs 5x8 Day (07:00-15:30) and Mid (14:30-23:00) shifts, with a start date of 07/27/2026 and end date 10/26/2026.

You will provide inpatient pharmacy services for pediatric patients, staff clinically in designated areas, perform pediatric dosing, use Pyxis and carousel systems, and support Epic charting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years inpatient/acute‑care pharmacy experience (PGY1 residency training acceptable as 3 years; 2–3 years if not residency trained).
• RPh required; PharmD preferred.
• Reside within 75 miles of New Haven, CT or be willing to travel; CT license or willingness to obtain license (15–21 business days).

• Maintain compliance with hospital infection control and medication safety policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective medication use for neonates, infants, and adolescents.

Weekly Pay: $3,464.00
