Astrya Global is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, with potential extension. Pay rate is $59-$63 per hour.

Qualifications

• Maintain licensure for SLP and compliance with professional standards.
• Ability to interpret imaging-related documentation and collaborate with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other diagnostic images.
• Utilize PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) for image management and distribution.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain compliance with established protocols and standards for diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all imaging studies.
• Adhere to patient safety and radiation protection guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain required certifications and licensure for the position.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams regarding patient imaging results.
• Comply with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities for a SLP:
